EHOC 2013 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & AGM 17-20 MAY 2013 :  Our Annual Conference and AGM to be held in the Hotel Arts, Barcleona 17-20 May 2013 is in the final stages of Registration. Our Theme is "Alignment of Standards" and on Saturday 18 May 2013 we will be honoured to listen to high calibre presenters - Professor Patrick Hudson, Peter Cobb (CAE), John Frasca (Frasca International), Jonathan Lewis (Halliburton), Vittorio Morassi (EHA), Bob Sheffield (AgustaWestland) and our EHOC Members Alexander von Plato, Mark Stevens, Duncan Trapp and others.

On Sunday 19 May 2013 our OEM sponsors, AgustaWestland, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter, Sikorsky, GE Aviation, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Turbomeca will have the rostrum for their own presentations reflecting our Theme.

Our EHOC AGM will be held on Monday morning 20 May 2013 followed by our Annual Golf Competition.

The social programme for our spouses/partners will follow the same format as in previous years.

EHOC 2013 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & AGM 17-20 MAY 2013 :  The EHOC 2013 Annual Conference and AGM will be held in the Hotel Arts, Barcelona, 17-20 May 2013. The Theme will be "Alignment of Standards" and the Council is finalising the programme for the Presentations on Saturday 18 May 2013 and Sunday 19 May 2013. Kipling Events, our Conference Organiser, will be sending Registration Forms to all our eligible members (3 per member company) in February 2013.

EHOC Technical Chairmans Resignation :  Further to the announcement of the new EHOC Council on 30 May 2012,the Technical Chairman Rob Pendle advised that he would be leaving CHC Helicopter Services on 30 June 2012. He was resigning as EHOC Technical Chairman forthwith. Mark Plunkett, Bristow, the immediate past Technical Chairman has very kindly agreed to return to this post with immediate effect until May 2013. Welcome back Mark.

EHOC 2013 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & AGM :  At the recent AGM in Istanbul the Members present voted unanimously for our EHOC 2013 Annual Conference & AGM to be held in The Hotel Arts, Barcelona. The firm date for EHOC 2013 now is Friday 17 May 2013 to Monday 20 May 2013. The Members voted unanimously for Angela Kipling and her expert team from Kipling Events to continue being our Conference Oraganiser.

EHOC Chairmans Resignation :  The EHOC Council and Members are very sorry to note the resignation of Bill Munro as MD Bond Offshore Helicopters Ltd. Bill has consequently resigned from being Chairman of the EHOC Council and also from being the EHOC Member on newEHAs Board of Governors. Mike Imlach, Bristow, has agreed to take the EHOC Chairmans role. The current EHOC Council Members elected at our May 2012 AGM in Istanbul now are:

EHOC 2012 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & AGM 11-14 MAY 2012 :  At our forthcoming EHOC Annual Conference and AGM in the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul, on Saturday 12 May 2012 the following internationally known speakers will enlarge around our Theme "Impact of Human Factors and Organisational Culture on Safety Performance" - Messrs Larry Alexandre, Keven Baines, Graham Braithwaite, Dick Healing and Patrick Hudson. On Sunday 13 May 2012 our OEM sponsors AgustaWestland, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter, Sikorsky, GE Aviation, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Turbomca will entertain us with their own presentations.

EHOC 2012 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & AGM :  The Theme for our EHOC 2012 Annual Conference and AGM to be held in the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul 11-14 May 2012 will be "Impact of Human Factors and Organisational Culture on Safety Performance". Top quality speakers have accepted our invitation to give presentations and preparations for the conference are well under way. Our Conference Organiser, Kipling Events will be sending out Registration Forms to all delegates in February 2012.

EHOC ANNUAL CONFERENCE DELEGATES FAMILY POLICY :  Whilst family members of delegates attending our EHOC Annual Conference are most welcome, we cannot extend invitations to any children for any of the daytime or evening social events. We respectfully request that any delegate who wishes to be accompanied by his/her child firstly, advises our Events Organiser so that the hotel can arrange for an additional bed/cot in the room, and secondly, makes his/her own arrangements for the care and entertainment of the child during the whole duration of the Conference.

EHOC Standard Commercial Contract :  The EHOC Standard Commercial Contract has been approved by the vast majority of our Members. It can now be downloaded from the Members Only Bulletin Board in the Members Area of our website.

EHOC Code of Ethics :  EHOC has operated successfully for over 40 years through its annual activities and conference and is proud of its accomplishments. To ensure our continued success and to provide more clarity for our members, both new and old, this Code of Ethics sets out the standards of behaviours expected of all members. It applies to each member’s participation in all EHOC activities inclusive of Council meetings and the Annual Conference.
