Common Audit Standard for Helicopter Operations Takes a Step Closer :  At the ILA Berlin Airshow on the 9th of June 2010, key figures from the helicopter and business aviation community signed an Agreement on the Development and Management of an IS-BAO (Helicopter Edition).

Motivated by a goal to improve the international helicopter accident rate, the new European Helicopter Association (on whose Board EHOC is represented), the Helicopter Association International (HAI), the British Helicopter Association (BHA) and the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) have reached a formal agreement to develop a code of best practices for helicopter operations based on the existing International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO); this agreement will lead to the proposal of options for a verification audit program to achieve an IS-BAO (Helicopter Edition) Certificate of Registration.

EHOC 2011 ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND AGM :  The 43rd EHOC Annual Conference and AGM will be held in the Majestic Barrier Hotel, Cannes, France over the period Friday 6th to Monday 9th May 2011. Further details will be published in due course.

EHOC 2010 ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND AGM :  At the 42nd EHOC Annual Conference and AGM held in the InterContinental Hotel, Vienna, 7-10 May 2010, the Theme was Safety - Reality and Perception. The 2010-2011 Council Members are:

EHOC Code of Ethics :  EHOC has operated successfully for over 40 years through its annual activities and conference and is proud of its accomplishments. To ensure our continued success and to provide more clarity for our members, both new and old, this Code of Ethics sets out the standards of behaviours expected of all members. It applies to each member’s participation in all EHOC activities inclusive of Council meetings and the Annual Conference.
